Team CDL-A Truck Drivers – $1.00/Split on All Miles | 5,000 Miles Guaranteed Weekly

Road Warrior Staffing is recruiting experienced CDL-A team drivers for an over-the-road opportunity featuring dedicated freight, consistent lanes, newer tractors, and competitive mileage pay.

Teams receive a combined rate of $1.00 per mile, with a weekly mileage guarantee of 5,000 miles, subject to applicable terms and conditions. Open OTR teams average approximately 6,000 miles per week.

At the combined team rate, 5,000 miles equates to $5,000 in combined gross mileage pay, while 6,000 miles equates to $6,000. These figures represent gross pay for both drivers before taxes, expenses, and other deductions.

Safely operate a commercial tractor-trailer over designated OTR routes.
Transport dedicated freight while meeting pickup and delivery requirements.
Coordinate driving schedules and handoffs with a team partner.
Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Maintain accurate logs, trip records, and required documentation.
Follow DOT regulations, hours-of-service requirements, and applicable safety procedures.
Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and operations personnel.
Protect cargo and equipment while maintaining reliable service.

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
Two years of relevant commercial driving experience preferred.
Candidates with at least one year of experience may be considered with a clean driving record and strong overall experience.
Must meet applicable DOT medical qualification requirements.
Driving history must meet applicable accident, violation, safety, and insurance eligibility standards.
Demonstrated commitment to safe driving and professional conduct.
Ability to work as part of a team and meet OTR transportation requirements.

$1.00 per mile combined team rate.
5,000 miles per week guaranteed for teams, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
Open OTR teams average approximately 6,000 miles per week.
Newer tractors, generally no more than 2–3 years old.
Dedicated freight, repeat customers, and consistent lanes.
More than 50% drop-and-hook freight for team operations.
Home-time arrangements that may offer flexibility based on domicile, routes, and operational needs.
