Ramona at Road Warriors has been absolutely amazing. She is patient, efficient, responsive, and hands down the best recruiter I’ve ever worked with. She always calls me back immediately, got me approved for the job quickly, and communicates everything clearly from start to finish. Any question I’ve ever had, she answered fast and if she didn’t have the answer right away, she made sure to get it and follow up promptly. What really sets Ramona apart is her personality. She’s never irritated, always professional, very personable, and genuinely down to earth. She makes you feel valued, not rushed or treated like a number. She’s truly a gem of a person. I’m based in Washington State in the Seattle area, and my experience with her has been nothing short of exceptional. To be completely honest and truthful she’s like no other recruiter I’ve dealt with. I really hope Road Warriors promotes from within, because Ramona should be teaching and mentoring others. Her dedication, work ethic, and people skills are exactly what every recruiter should strive for. Highly recommend this company, and hopefully you’re as lucky as me & you get her as a recruiter!
