Job Description:
  • Full-time OTR Flatbed Driver
  • Based out of Phoenix, AZ
  • Typical schedule: 14–18+ days out
  • Trucks dispatched and returned to Phoenix yard
  • 2–3 day paid orientation in Phoenix before hitting the road

Equipment:
  • Volvo 860 sleeper trucks
  • Equipped with mattress, APU, and refrigerator
  • Governed at 70–72 MPH
  • Forward-facing cameras only
  • Auto shutoff after 15 minutes of idling (varies by truck)

 

Additional Info:
  • 34-hour reset required while OTR

Freight:
  • Some loads preloaded at yard
  • Drivers responsible for securing & tarping when required
  • 99% no-touch freight (customers unload)
  • Trucks based out of Phoenix, AZ (returned after each run)
  • Orientation & training required before dispatch

 

Additional Pay:
  • Clean DOT Inspection Bonuses:
      • Level 1: $150
      • Level 2: $200
      • Level 3: $300
  • Layover Pay: $250/day (after 24 hours)
  • Tarp Pay: $50 (when required)
  • Extra Stop Pay: $50

Qualifications:

  • Valid CDL Class A
  • 2–3 years OTR experience
  • Flatbed experience required
  • Comfortable securing/tarping when required
  • Clean MVR, PSP, and CDLIS
  • Safety-focused and dependable
  • Able to commit to OTR rotations
