Job Overview
We are seeking Non-CDL Yard Drivers to join our team. The Yard Driver will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of trailers within the yard. We are on a 4x10 schedule
Duties
The yard driver safely maneuvers yard trucks and trailers within the yard to position them for loading and unloading.
Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition before operation.
Maintain accurate records of trailer moves
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while operating vehicles in the yard.

Duties:

• Moving and switching trailers using the yard light system
• Conducting routine yard checks for inbound and outbound trailers
• Assisting customer carriers with directions and yard procedures
• Maneuvering trailers and backing with precision and confidence
• Keeping the yard running safely and efficiently
• 4x10 hour shifts, 3 days off a week

Qualifications
Must have 6 Months of recent Yard driving/Yard Switching experience
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL or non-CDL
REALLY GOOD AT BACKING
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols at all times.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings as part of the hiring process.
