Road Warrior Staffing is currently hiring a Medical Equipment Driver / Customer Service Representative (CSR) for an opportunity in Elmhurst, Illinois.

As a Medical Equipment Driver / CSR, you'll help patients receive the medical equipment they need while providing outstanding customer service and support.

Responsibilities include:

Deliver, set up, and maintain medical equipment in patient homes
Teach patients and caregivers how to safely operate medical equipment
Provide professional and compassionate customer service both in person and over the phone
Complete delivery paperwork and required documentation accurately
Drive safely to patient homes using a company vehicle or personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed when applicable)
Keep your assigned vehicle clean, organized, and safe
Assist with scheduling, patient intake, and basic office support as needed
Follow all healthcare safety regulations, company policies, and compliance requirements

Applicants must live within 30 miles of Elmhurst

Requirements include:

Valid driver's license
Clean driving record
Ability to lift and move up to 65 pounds
Successfully pass a background check
Ability to complete healthcare credentialing requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, professional, and safety-focused work ethic

Preferred (Not Required):

Delivery driving experience
Medical equipment experience
Customer service experience
Healthcare industry experience

Training is available for motivated candidates with the right attitude and work ethic.

Pay & Benefits
$22.89–$23.50 per hour (Depending on Experience)
