Road Warrior Staffing is hiring Non-CDL Delivery Drivers in the Oakdale, Pennsylvania area for a hands-on local delivery and logistics position. Drivers will operate a 26-foot automatic straight truck, deliver a variety of freight to commercial and residential customers, and assist with loading, unloading, and freight assembly as needed.

This position combines local driving with physical freight handling and warehouse support. Drivers can expect approximately 10–20 stops per day, with an average of approximately 200 miles per day. Routes are primarily local, although destinations may vary depending on operational needs.

Safely operate a 26-foot automatic-transmission straight truck on assigned delivery routes.
Complete approximately 10–20 deliveries per day to commercial and residential customers, including stores, warehouses, yards, and airports.
Load and unload freight, with hands-on freight handling required for all deliveries.
Lift and move items weighing approximately 50 pounds, with team lifting for heavier or bulky items as needed.
Assemble and disassemble furniture, equipment, or other freight as required, potentially accounting for 25–50% of deliveries.
Follow provided training and instructions for proper freight assembly and handling.
Assist with warehouse-related duties, including loading and unloading shipments.
Operate a forklift when trained and authorized.
Verify shipment and delivery information and maintain accurate records.
Provide professional customer service and communicate effectively with customers and operations personnel.
Follow applicable safety procedures and company policies.

Valid driver’s license appropriate for operating a non-CDL 26-foot straight truck.
DOT Med Card Required
Ability to safely operate an automatic-transmission straight truck.
Ability to perform physical duties, including frequent loading, unloading, and handling of freight.
Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds and participate in team lifting when necessary.
Forklift experience is beneficial; forklift operation is permitted when appropriately trained and authorized.
Ability to follow freight assembly instructions and complete basic assembly or disassembly tasks.
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining safe and reliable delivery practices.
Must be able to complete required TSA security clearance procedures after hire for applicable airport deliveries.

Competitive pay of $25.00 per hour.
