Road Warrior Staffing is hiring Non-CDL Delivery Drivers in Indianapolis, Indiana, for a hands-on delivery and logistics position. Drivers will operate a 26-foot automatic straight truck, deliver a variety of freight to commercial and residential customers throughout Indiana, and assist with loading, unloading, and freight assembly as needed.

This position combines local driving with customer service, warehouse support, forklift operation, and physical freight handling. Drivers can expect approximately 10–15 stops per day, with an average daily route of approximately 150 round-trip miles.

Safely operate a 26-foot automatic straight truck on local delivery routes throughout Indiana.
Complete approximately 10–15 deliveries per day to commercial and residential locations, including stores, warehouses, yards, and airports.
Load and unload freight, with hands-on freight handling required for approximately 90% of deliveries.
Lift and move items weighing up to approximately 50 pounds, with team lifting for heavier or bulky items as needed.
Assemble and disassemble certain items as required, with assembly work accounting for approximately 20% of deliveries.
Follow training and instructions for proper freight assembly and handling.
Assist with warehouse duties, including forklift operation, labeling, and scanning.
Verify delivery information and maintain accurate shipment records.
Provide professional customer service and communicate effectively with customers and operations personnel.
Follow all applicable safety procedures and company policies.
Complete additional duties related to delivery and warehouse operations as assigned.

Valid driver’s license appropriate for operating a non-CDL 26-foot straight truck.
DOT Med Card Required
Ability to safely operate an automatic-transmission straight truck.
Ability to perform physical duties, including loading, unloading, and moving freight.
Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds and participate in team lifting when necessary.
Forklift experience or the ability to learn forklift operations.
Ability to use scanning equipment and follow labeling and shipment documentation procedures.
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining safe and reliable delivery practices.
Must be able to complete required TSA security clearance procedures after hire for applicable airport deliveries.

Competitive pay of $25.00 per hour.
