Lead Warehouse Receiver Mon-Fri Santa Fe Springs CA
Job Description
We are seeking reliable and experienced warehouse loader to support operations. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced food distribution setting with opportunities for growth and consistent hours.
- 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- OT as needed
- Mon-Fri
Duties
- Oversee daily receiving operations
- Ensure timely and accurate inbound processing
- Coordinate with inventory team (location, temp, put-away)
- Monitor freezer product staging timelines
- Be on the floor ~80% of the shift
- Lead team, ensure safety and productivity
- Handle communication and problem-solving
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience warehouse experience (preferably food distribution)
- Receiving experience required
- Leadership experience required
- EPJ experience required
- Bilingual preferred
- Comfortable in warehouse/freezer environment
