Freezer Warehouse Associate/ Santa FE Springs, CA

Road Warrior Staffing is hiring experienced Freezer Warehouse Associates for a full-time opportunity in Santa Fe
Springs, CA.
If you have warehouse experience, know how to operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ), and are comfortable working in a
fast-paced cold-storage environment, this could be a great long-term opportunity.
This is an active, hands-on warehouse position supporting order fulfillment, replenishment, put-away, inventory
movement, and product staging inside freezer areas reaching temperatures as low as -30°F. Freezer gear is
provided.

● Assemble and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
● Prepare additional and Will Call orders.
● Pick, move, stage, and organize warehouse products.
● Perform product replenishment and inventory transfers.
● Put away incoming product in designated warehouse locations.
● Safely operate an Electric Pallet Jack.
● Use RF/warehouse scanners to track inventory and product movement.
● Maintain accurate product locations and organized work areas.
● Work throughout refrigerated and freezer areas as assigned.
● Follow warehouse food-safety and general safety procedures.
● Operate Swing Reach equipment when needed after company-provided training.

We are looking for reliable warehouse associates with actual hands-on material-handling experience who
understand the importance of attendance, productivity, and safety.
• Previous warehouse/material-handling experience
• Hands-on Electric Pallet Jack experience – REQUIRED
• Ability and willingness to work in temperatures reaching -30°F
• Ability to use an RF scanner or similar warehouse scanning equipment
• Bilingual ability required
• Ability to safely perform physical warehouse work throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation
