Road Warrior Staffing is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse / Delivery Driver Associate for a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity in El Paso, TX. This role combines warehouse operations with local delivery driving responsibilities and is ideal for candidates with strong customer service skills, warehouse experience, and a clean driving record.

Job Description

Drivers will safely transport products and materials to job sites while also assisting with warehouse organization, shipping, receiving, and inventory operations.

Candidates must have a valid Class C Driver’s License, current Medical Examiner’s Card, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and delivery environment.

Schedule and Pay

  • Full-Time | Contract | Temp-to-Hire
  • Monday-Friday
  • 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Occasional weekends as needed
  • Day Shift
  • Pay Rate: $18.00 Per Hour
  • Weekly Pay

Duties

  • Deliver products and merchandise to customer job sites safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload materials at delivery locations
  • Assist with warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and inventory organization
  • Offload inbound freight trucks and organize merchandise
  • Maintain delivery paperwork, DOT logs, and safety documentation
  • Operate company vehicles safely and professionally
  • Support warehouse team with daily operational tasks

Qualifications

  • Valid Class C Driver’s License
  • Clean driving record for the past 3 years
  • Current Medical Examiner’s Card required
  • 3+ years of driving experience preferred
  • Warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
  • Forklift experience or certification is a plus
