Class A Flatbed Driver | Regional Runs and Flexible Shifts | Oakdale, MN

Road Warrior Staffing is seeking experienced Class A CDL Flatbed Drivers in Oakdale, Minnesota for Midwest regional driving positions.

This opportunity offers $0.56 CPM plus $0.10 CPM per diem, with an estimated annual earning range of $85,000–$93,000.

Drivers will operate throughout the Midwest, including Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

The position requires at least one year of flatbed driving experience. Tarping is limited to approximately 15% of loads, and tarping is required only on loads with 4-foot freight.

Drivers can work with a variety of schedules, providing flexibility for experienced flatbed professionals.

Operating Area

Drivers will operate throughout the Midwest, including:

Minnesota
Wisconsin
Iowa
Illinois
Indiana
Michigan

South Dakota

Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle on assigned Midwest routes.
Transport flatbed freight safely and efficiently.
Properly secure loads according to company and DOT requirements.
Tarp applicable 4-foot loads.
Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Inspect cargo securement before and during transportation.
Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety policies.
Maintain accurate logs and required transportation documentation.
Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers.
Monitor equipment and cargo condition throughout each trip.
Report maintenance, cargo, or safety concerns promptly.
Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
Safely operate in varying traffic, weather, and roadway conditions.

Minimum Requirements
Valid Class A CDL.
Minimum 1 year of verifiable flatbed driving experience required.
Experience with load securement and flatbed freight.
Ability to safely operate a commercial motor vehicle throughout the Midwest.
Ability to properly secure and tarp applicable loads.
Strong commitment to safety and DOT compliance.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Professional communication and customer service skills.
Ability to meet applicable DOT, company, and insurance qualification requirements.
Ability to pass required employment, drug screening, and background requirements.
