Class A CDL Regional Driver | Home Every Other Day | San Bernardino, CA

<We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Semi-Regional Drivers in the San Bernardino, CA area for a Monday–Friday retail delivery operation.

Drivers will primarily haul dry van freight to retail facilities and stores throughout regional markets, including Phoenix, Las Vegas, San Jose, and surrounding areas.

This position provides excellent home time, with drivers typically home every other day and home every weekend. There may be occasional Sunday departures when a Monday delivery is required.

Compensation
$0.67 per mile
Average biweekly take-home: $2,800–$3,600
Detention pay included
Productivity pay included
Opportunity to assist other accounts on holidays

When loads allow, drivers may take their 10-hour reset at home

Drivers will make retail deliveries throughout regional markets.

Dry van

Mostly touch freight
Some live unload

Start and end times are dictated by the loads

Driver Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 1 year of Class A CDL experience
Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow all safety protocols
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with dispatch, customers, and team members
Must pass required background checks
Must pass required drug screening
