CDL A Team Drivers – Rialto, CA | $0.85–$0.98 CPM Split | Home Weekly

Road Warrior Staffing is hiring experienced CDL A Team Drivers for high-mileage OTR team driving opportunities. Drivers based near Rialto, California are preferred, but established and qualified teams from other locations may also be considered.

This opportunity is designed for experienced CDL A drivers who are comfortable running long-haul team routes and maximizing weekly mileage. Teams can expect approximately 4,500–5,500 miles per week, with around 5,000 miles being typical.

Routes primarily operate throughout the Midwest, South, and Southeast, with drivers generally spending 6–10 days on the road at a time.

For qualified drivers who live a considerable distance from Rialto, travel and lodging may be available when they are required to report to the Rialto area.

Pay & Compensation
$0.85–$0.98 CPM split between team drivers
Split mileage rate applies to all miles

$100,000+ annual gross earning potential, based on the stated mileage and pay range

Team-driver configuration

Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer as part of a two-driver team.
Complete assigned OTR routes and scheduled deliveries.
Share driving responsibilities safely and effectively with your team partner.
Maintain compliance with all applicable DOT regulations and company safety policies.
Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Maintain accurate logs and required transportation documentation.
Communicate professionally with dispatch and operations personnel.
Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance concerns.
Maintain reliable attendance and meet scheduled delivery requirements.
Work effectively as part of a professional driving team.
Remain on the road for extended periods according to assigned schedules.

Valid Class A CDL.
Minimum 1 year of CDL A driving experience.
Ability to safely operate a tractor-trailer in OTR operations.
Willingness and ability to operate as part of a two-driver team.
Ability to remain on the road for approximately 6–10 days at a time.
Ability to meet Road Warrior Staffing’s applicable safety and driver qualification standards.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Strong commitment to safe driving practices.
Ability to comply with applicable DOT requirements.
Team Driver Requirements
Established CDL A teams are preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively with a driving partner.
Ability to coordinate driving responsibilities and schedules.
Professional attitude and strong teamwork skills.
Comfortable with long-haul OTR routes and extended time away from home.

Employment Requirements

Employment is contingent upon successfully meeting applicable CDL, DOT, safety, insurance, background, and driver qualification requirements.

Candidates will be required to provide valid CDL credentials and may be subject to applicable motor vehicle record, PSP, Clearinghouse, background, and drug screening requirements.
