CDL A OTR Driver | $.80 Per Mile | Multiple Lanes

Road Warrior Staffing is recruiting experienced solo CDL-A drivers for an over-the-road opportunity featuring dedicated freight, repeat customers, consistent lanes, and newer tractors.

Drivers are paid $0.80 per mile. Weekly gross earnings depend on actual miles driven; no weekly mileage guarantee or average mileage has been specified for solo drivers.

This opportunity is suited for professional drivers who value consistent freight opportunities, reliable customer lanes, and newer equipment.

Safely operate a commercial tractor-trailer over designated OTR routes.
Transport freight while meeting customer pickup and delivery requirements.
Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Maintain accurate logs, trip records, and required documentation.
Follow DOT regulations, hours-of-service requirements, and applicable safety procedures.
Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and operations personnel.
Protect cargo and equipment while maintaining reliable service.
Maintain professional conduct and safe driving practices.

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
Two years of relevant commercial driving experience preferred.
Candidates with at least one year of experience may be considered with a clean driving record and strong overall experience.
Must meet applicable DOT medical qualification requirements.
Driving history must meet applicable accident, violation, safety, and insurance eligibility standards.
Demonstrated commitment to safe driving and professional conduct.
Ability to work independently and meet OTR transportation requirements.

$0.80 per mile.
Dedicated freight and repeat customers.
Consistent lanes.
Newer tractors, generally no more than 4–5 years old.
No-touch freight for drivers.
A mix of drop-and-hook and live loading/unloading.
Home-time arrangements discussed based on route, domicile, and operational needs.
