Road Warrior Staffing is seeking an experienced Class A CDL Car Hauler for an immediate opportunity near Morton, PA. This position offers percentage-based compensation, with drivers earning 25% of the total load value and reported gross weekly earnings of $2,000–$6,000, depending on available loads and work performed.

The ideal candidate has hands-on car-hauling experience and can safely load, unload, position, and secure vehicles for transport. Drivers operate an automatic truck with a sleeper and three-car hauling capacity, transporting vehicles from Pennsylvania to destinations throughout the Midwest, South, Southeast, and East Coast, with occasional West Coast runs.

Drivers typically stay out for 1–2 weeks at a time. Home time is flexible, with a preference for drivers who want to run consistently and take shorter breaks between trips.

Schedule and Pay
Compensation: 25% of the total load value.
Reported Gross Weekly Earnings: $2,000–$6,000 before taxes; actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed.
Employment Classification: 1099 independent contractor.
Travel Schedule: Typically 1–2 weeks on the road.
Home Time: Flexible, based on driver availability and operating needs.
Additional Pay: Loading, unloading, detention, layovers, and additional stops are not paid separately.
Parking Allowance: Up to $300, subject to applicable terms.
Benefits: No benefits offered.

Compensation is based solely on the percentage of total load value. Weekly earnings depend on freight availability, load values, and completed work.

Duties and Responsibilities
Safely transport vehicles to assigned destinations.
Load, unload, position, and secure vehicles properly for transport.
Inspect the truck, trailer, equipment, and vehicle securement before departure and throughout each trip.
Complete required inspections, logs, delivery paperwork, and other documentation.
Follow applicable DOT regulations and safe-driving requirements.
Communicate delivery progress, delays, and route-related issues as needed.
Handle transported vehicles carefully and professionally.
Maintain safe operating practices throughout each trip.

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
At least 6 months of Class A driving experience.
Previous car-hauling experience required; 6 months of car-hauling experience preferred.
Experience hauling cars on a non-DOT trailer may qualify if the candidate can demonstrate proper loading, unloading, and securement skills.
Must live within approximately 1 hour of Morton, Pennsylvania.
Willingness to stay on the road for 1–2 weeks at a time.
Ability to load, unload, and secure multiple vehicles safely.
Must meet Road Warrior Staffing’s MVR, PSP, and Clearinghouse standards.
Must successfully complete a road test and load-securement assessment.
