Job Description:

  • Full-Time OTR CDL-A Flatbed Driver position
  • Based out of Phoenix, AZ
  • Expanding OTR flatbed fleet with limited openings
  • Seeking experienced OTR drivers
  • Long-term over-the-road opportunity
  • Operate Volvo 860 sleeper tractors
  • Sleeper trucks equipped with mattress, APU, and refrigerator
  • Haul flatbed freight including construction materials, steel, and metal products
  • Some loads preloaded at yard
  • Drivers responsible for securing and tarping loads when required
  • 99% no-touch freight (customers unload)
  • OTR schedule: typically out 14–18+ days at a time
  • Trucks dispatched and returned to Phoenix yard
  • 2–3 day orientation and training in Phoenix, AZ before going OTR
  • Forward-facing cameras only
  • Trucks governed at 70–72 MPH
  • 34-hour reset required while OTR
  • Automatic engine shutoff after 15 minutes of idling (varies by truck)

 

 

Duties:

  • Some loads are preloaded at the yard

  • Drivers are responsible for securing and tarping loads when required

  • Customers handle unloading (99% no-touch freight)

  • OTR schedule: typically out 14–18+ days at a time

  • Trucks are based out of Phoenix, AZ

  • Drivers return trucks to the Phoenix yard after each run

  • Orientation and training required prior to dispatch

Additional Pay:

  • Clean DOT Inspection Bonuses
  • Level 1: $150
  • Level 2: $200
  • Level 3: $300
  • Layover Pay: $250/day after 24 hours without a load
  • Tarp Pay: $50 (when required)
  • Extra Stop Pay: $50

Qualifications:

  • Valid CDL Class A
  • 2–3 years OTR experience
  • Flatbed experience required
  • Comfortable securing/tarping when required
  • Clean MVR, PSP, and CDLIS
  • Safety-focused and dependable
  • Able to commit to OTR rotations

$1,650–$1,950 weekly (mile based)
