Job Description:

  • The Non-CDL Stake Bed Driver / Warehouse Associate is responsible for safely operating a stake bed truck to deliver HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies to customer sites and job locations.
  • This role also assists in warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and staging materials.
  • The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-oriented, and comfortable working in both driving and warehouse environments.

Duties:

  • Safely operate a non-CDL stake bed truck to deliver HVAC products, tools, and materials to customer sites and contractors.

  • Load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks.

  • Verify materials for accuracy before deliveries.

  • Maintain delivery logs, invoices, and proof-of-delivery paperwork.

  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control in the warehouse.

  • Organize and stage materials for HVAC installers and technicians.

  • Ensure all deliveries are properly secured and comply with company safety policies.

  • Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience & Valid Class C License (preferably stake bed or flatbed experience)
