Job Description:

  • The HVAC Warehouse Associate supports daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory, preparing materials for installation teams, and upholding safety and quality standards.
  • Mon-Fri
  • 2nd Shift 11:30am-8pm
  • Weekly pay

Duties:

  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory in a timely and accurate manner
  • Prepare and stage outgoing orders for delivery or customer pickup
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and work areas
  • Conduct cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies
  • Assist in pulling parts and products for sales or service orders
  • Support Counter Sales staff with customer inquiries and transactions as needed
  • Operate sit down forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (certification a plus)
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse experience ( HVAC or industrial parts industry a plus)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer literacy (inventory systems, email, data entry)
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to help other departments
  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
