Non-CDL Local Delivery Driver – Midshift + Overtime | Savannah, GA

Road Warrior Staffing is hiring a dependable Non-CDL Local Delivery Driver for a full-time delivery opportunity based in Savannah, Georgia.
This position offers a consistent midshift from 10:00 AM–6:30 PM, occasional overtime, occasional weekend work, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days of employment.
Drivers operate automatic box trucks and other assigned non-CDL equipment while completing commercial and residential deliveries. Delivery locations may include stores, warehouses, yards, businesses, residences, and airports.
This is primarily a driving position with approximately 1% touch freight. No warehouse duties or product assembly are required. Drivers may use pallet jacks and dollies to move freight and must be able to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Pay: $25 hr

• Secure and protect freight during transportation.
• Complete delivery paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Conduct required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Follow applicable DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and operations personnel.
• Report delivery, freight, or equipment issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license appropriate for operating a non-CDL box truck.
• Current DOT Medical Card or Certificate.
• Ability to safely operate automatic box trucks.
• Comfortable completing commercial and residential deliveries.
• Ability to use pallet jacks and dollies safely.
• Ability to lift and handle items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Available for the 10:00 AM–6:30 PM midshift.
• Available for occasional overtime and weekend work.
• Able to obtain required airport security clearance when needed.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong commitment to safety and professional customer service.
• Ability to meet applicable company, DOT, and insurance requirements.
• Must successfully complete the required background check and drug screening.
