Class A Team Drivers – Grand Prairie, TX | $0.95 CPM

Road Warrior Staffing is seeking experienced Class A CDL Team Drivers based out of Grand Prairie, Texas for established dry van linehaul routes.

Drivers will operate as a team from Grand Prairie, TX to major freight markets including Atlanta, GA; Bensenville, IL; Wayne, NJ; and Kent, WA. This opportunity offers established lanes, consistent freight, and competitive $0.95 CPM pay.

Drivers should be comfortable spending 1–2 weeks on the road at a time and working closely with a driving partner to safely and efficiently complete long-haul linehaul assignments.

Duties
Safely operate an automatic tractor-trailer as part of a driving team
Begin assignments from Grand Prairie, TX
Run established linehaul routes to designated destinations
Coordinate effectively with your driving partner
Safely transport freight between assigned terminals and destinations
Maintain reliable and timely service
Adhere to all applicable DOT and FMCSA regulations
Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation
Follow all company safety procedures and operating policies
Communicate professionally with dispatch and transportation personnel
Maintain a safe and professional approach to all driving responsibilities

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 2 years of Class A CDL driving experience
Previous tractor-trailer experience
Team-driving experience preferred
Clean and acceptable driving record
Must pass required DOT drug screen
Must meet applicable DOT and company safety requirements
Professional and dependable work ethic
Strong communication skills
Ability to work effectively with a driving partner
Ability to remain on the road for 1–2 weeks at a time
Reliable attendance and punctuality
