CDL A / Local Driver/ EL Paso TX

We are seeking a dependable Driver for a local delivery position based in El Paso, TX. Drivers will operate 2024 International tractors and straight trucks while completing local commercial and residential deliveries.

This is a hands-on position involving approximately 70% touch freight, loading/unloading, and some warehouse and forklift responsibilities.

Pay: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM to close; Saturday starting at 8:00 AM
Overtime: Available as needed

Freight: Mostly palletized

Safely operate tractors and straight trucks on local El Paso routes.
Load and unload freight at the warehouse and delivery locations.
Handle approximately 70% touch freight.
Safely lift and handle items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Transport primarily palletized freight, with some individual pieces.
Complete deliveries to stores, warehouses, yards, commercial locations, and residences.
Perform assembly and disassembly when required.
Operate a forklift as part of warehouse responsibilities.
Assist with warehouse loading and unloading.
Properly secure and protect freight during transportation.
Complete required vehicle inspections and follow company safety procedures.
Maintain professional communication with customers, warehouse staff, and dispatch.

Must possess a CDL-A License
Ability to safely operate tractors and/or straight trucks.
Comfortable operating automatic equipment.
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable performing a physically active job involving approximately 70% touch freight.
Ability and willingness to load and unload freight.
Willing to perform assembly/disassembly as needed; training and assistance are provided.
Ability or qualification to safely operate a forklift.
Must be available Monday–Friday from 11:00 AM until close and Saturdays beginning at 8:00 AM.
Comfortable making both commercial and residential deliveries.

$22.00 per hour
