CDL A/ Local Tractor Trailer Driver/ Las Vegas,NV

We are seeking a dependable Tractor Driver for a full-time driving position based in Las Vegas, NV. Drivers will operate automatic tractors and primarily complete local routes, with occasional overnight trips to California. Most trips will have a turnaround time of 24 hours or less.

This position includes a mix of touch and no-touch freight and deliveries to commercial and residential locations, including airports.

Pay: $30.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Start Time: Approximately 8:00–9:00 AM
Overtime: Occasional
Weekend Work: Rotating on-call schedule
Equipment: Automatic Tractor Trailers
Touch Freight: Approximately 50%
Routes: Primarily local with occasional overnight trips
Travel Area: Las Vegas area and California

Safely operate an automatic tractor trailers on assigned routes.
Complete primarily local routes with occasional trips into California.
Load and unload freight as required.
Handle approximately 50% touch freight and 50% no-touch freight.
Safely transport palletized freight.
Complete deliveries to stores, warehouses, yards, commercial locations, residential locations, and airports.
Complete occasional overnight routes with a turnaround of no more than 24 hours.
Participate in the rotating on-call weekend schedule.
Properly inspect, secure, transport, and deliver assigned freight.
Maintain communication with dispatch regarding routes, deliveries, and delays.
Follow company policies and all applicable DOT and safety regulations.
Maintain professional customer service at pickup and delivery locations.

Must possess CDLA
Experience safely operating tractor equipment.
Comfortable operating automatic equipment.
Ability and willingness to load and unload freight.
Comfortable performing approximately 50% touch-freight work.
Must be able to meet required airport security/clearance requirements.
Available to work Monday–Friday with an 8:00–9:00 AM start time.
Must participate in the weekend on-call rotation; each driver will cover a weekend as part of the rotation.
Willing to complete occasional overnight trips to California.
Must successfully complete the required interview and road test.

$30.00 per hour
Monday–Friday schedule
Daytime start between 8:00–9:00 AM
Occasional overtime opportunities
Predictable rotating weekend/on-call coverage rather than regular weekend scheduling
