Road Warrior Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates in Aurora, CO for a growing food distribution operation. This is a full-time opportunity offering steady weekday hours, weekly pay, weekends off, and the opportunity to grow with a team that keeps products moving efficiently.

Warehouse Associates will work in either a dry warehouse or freezer environment, performing order fulfillment, inventory, stocking, replenishment, and general warehouse duties.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to stay active throughout the workday.

Weekly pay

Pick, pack, and palletize customer orders accurately and efficiently
Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory
Use RF scanners and warehouse technology to track products
Replenish inventory to maintain efficient order flow
Perform cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory records
Follow FIFO/FEFO procedures to maintain product quality and proper inventory rotation
Safely operate warehouse equipment, including electric pallet jacks and reach trucks
Load, move, stack, and organize products throughout the warehouse
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all applicable company safety procedures and warehouse policies
Work effectively with team members to meet daily production and fulfillment goals
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Ability to work a full-time Monday–Friday schedule
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Ability to safely lift, move, and stack products throughout the shift
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Safety-minded approach to warehouse operations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience
Previous food distribution or food warehouse experience
Experience using RF scanners
Experience operating electric pallet jacks
Experience operating reach trucks
Experience with inventory control or order fulfillment
Experience working in refrigerated, freezer, or temperature-controlled warehouse environments
