Medical Equipment Delivery Driver/ Patient Service Technician/ East Syrause, NY

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Technician to join our team. In this position, you will support the delivery,
setup, and maintenance of medical equipment, oxygen, and supplies, while educating patients and caregivers on proper use
and maintenance. The role also provides customer service by phone and in person to patients and referral sources

● Be available for on-call assignments as needed, including after business hours and/or weekends.
● Drive local routes to deliver and set up medical equipment in patients’ homes.
● Educate patients and caregivers on the safe use and maintenance of respiratory and home medical equipment.
● Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper function and patient safety.
● Complete delivery documentation and patient visit reports accurately and on time.
● Keep the assigned company vehicle clean, safe, and ready for service.
● Respond to urgent equipment needs and participate in the rotating on-call schedule.
● Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards.
● Perform other duties as assigned.

Valid driver’s license and a safe, dependable driving history.
• General delivery experience required; customer service and/or home setup experience strongly preferred.
• DME experience is preferred, but qualified candidates with delivery and customer service backgrounds may be considered.
• Professional, dependable, and comfortable entering patients’ homes and explaining equipment use clearly.
• Stable work history preferred.
• Able to meet the Monday-Friday schedule and participate in rotational on-call coverage.

Pay Range $21-$24 per hour, depending on related experience, plus bonus opportunity
Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
On-Call Rotational on-call schedule coordinated among the Patient Service Technicians to accommodate
