Medical Equipment Delivery Driver/ Patient Service Techician/ Bensalem, PA

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Technician to join our team. In this position, you will support the delivery,
setup, and maintenance of medical equipment, oxygen, and supplies, while educating patients and caregivers on proper use
and maintenance. The role also provides customer service by phone and in person to patients and referral sources.

• Be available for on-call assignments as scheduled, including after business hours and weekends.
• Drive local routes to deliver and set up medical equipment in patients’ homes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on the safe use and maintenance of respiratory and home medical equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to support proper function and patient safety.
• Complete delivery documentation and patient visit reports accurately and on time.
• Keep the assigned company vehicle clean, safe, and ready for service.
• Respond to urgent equipment needs and participate in the rotating on-call schedule.
• Help maintain the warehouse and clean equipment during downtime.
• Follow safety protocols, company standards, and all applicable procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Valid driver’s license and a safe, dependable driving history.
• General delivery and customer service experience preferred.
• Driving experience may be sufficient even without prior DME or oxygen equipment experience.
• Comfortable entering patients’ homes, setting up equipment, and explaining equipment use clearly and professionally.
• Reliable, organized, safety-minded, and able to respond appropriately to urgent service needs.
• Able to support warehouse organization and equipment cleaning when not completing deliveries.
• Must be able to meet the Tuesday-Saturday schedule and rotating on-call requirements.

Pay Range $19-$22 per hour, depending on related experience, plus bonus opportunity
Schedule Tuesday-Saturday, approximately 10/11 AM to 7/8 PM
On-Call 5:00 PM-8:30 AM, Monday-Monday, every 3rd to 5th week on a rotating basis. Must remain within the
service area and be able to respond within 2 hours.
Coverage Area Philadelphia and surrounding area; parts of New Jersey including Trenton, Burlington, and Pennington
