Road Warrior Staffing is now hiring a Medical Equipment Driver / Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a Direct Hire opportunity in Watertown, Wisconsin.

Job Responsibilities

As a Medical Equipment Driver / CSR, you will:

Deliver medical equipment safely to patient homes throughout the service area
Set up and install home medical equipment
Demonstrate proper operation and safe use of equipment to patients and caregivers
Provide professional and compassionate customer service both in person and over the phone
Complete delivery paperwork and required documentation accurately
Operate a company vehicle or approved personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed when applicable)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe delivery vehicle
Assist with scheduling, patient intake, and other office support duties as needed
Follow all healthcare regulations, company policies, and safety procedures

Hiring Radius: Applicants must reside within 30 miles of Watertown, WI
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
On-Call Rotation: Every other week
Pay: $21.04 per hour + Bonus Opportunities

Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

Valid Driver's License
Clean Driving Record
Ability to lift and move up to 65 pounds
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to complete healthcare credentialing requirements
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional attitude and dependable attendance
Preferred Qualifications
Previous delivery experience
Medical equipment experience
Healthcare or customer service experience

Previous medical experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train motivated candidates.

Physical Requirements
Lift, carry, push, and pull equipment weighing up to 65 lbs.
Frequently enter and exit delivery vehicles
Bend, kneel, stoop, and stand throughout the workday
Drive throughout the local service territory

Compensation & Benefits
