Job Description

Road Warrior Staffing is actively hiring experienced CDL-A OTR Solo Drivers for a full-time flatbed opportunity based out of Phoenix, AZ with nationwide routes available. This position offers consistent miles, modern equipment, and strong earning potential for professional drivers seeking stable over-the-road and regional freight opportunities.

Drivers will operate newer Volvo and Kenworth trucks while hauling OTR and regional flatbed freight across the country

Duties

  • Safely operate Class A flatbed equipment on OTR and regional routes
  • Transport freight efficiently while following delivery schedules

Qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum 2 Years of CDL-A Driving Experience
  • Flatbed driving experience preferred
  • Safe driving record required
  • Strong understanding of DOT compliance and safety regulations
  • Professional attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in an OTR environment
