Job Descriptions:
We are hiring OTR Team Drivers for flatbed operations with strong weekly earnings and consistent freight. This role is ideal for experienced drivers who are comfortable staying out and maximizing miles.

Duties

Duties:

Pay & Miles
  • $4,000 – $4,800 weekly per team
  • 5,000 – 6,000 miles per week
  • $0.80 CPM (team)
  • $50 per extra stop
  • Strong, consistent earnings
Equipment
  • 2020+ Volvo 780 / 860 automatics
  • 2023 Kenworth T680
  • All trucks equipped with:
    • Refrigerators
    • APUs
    • Inverters
  • Governed at 70 MPH
Run Details
  • OTR (All 48 states)
  • Must stay out at least 2 weeks
  • Typical schedule: 15 days out
  • Direct shipper freight
  • Flatbed loads (securement required)

Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Flatbed experience preferred
  • Ability to handle load securement
  • Clean driving record
  • Must pass DOT drug screen
  • Professional and dependable
