Screening Process

Road Warrior Staffing has the ability to customize a screening program specifically to adhere to each customer’s requirements.

Part of a typical screening process includes the following:

  • Verification of appropriate minimum age to job functions

  • Verification of valid driver’s license

  • Verification of valid DOT medical certification, when applicable

  • Obtain and evaluate an original MVR/DVR record less then 2 weeks old

  • Verification of previous employment

  • Criminal violation searches for Felony & Misdemeanors

  • Completion of a Pre-employment Drug test (DOT when required)

  • Minimum skill levels for position and completed education verification

  • Verification of medical card through the National Registry
