Warehouse Janitorial Associate/ Santa Fe Springs, CA

Road Warrior Staffing is hiring a dependable Warehouse Janitorial Associate for a busy distribution facility in Santa Fe Springs, CA.
This is not a traditional office janitorial position. The associate will work throughout an active warehouse, keeping docks, aisles, restrooms,
receiving/shipping areas, and common work areas clean and organized while also handling pallets, cardboard, trash, and other warehouse materials.
Candidates must have at least 6 months of janitorial/warehouse sanitation experience and 6 months of hands-on Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)
experience.

• Maintain clean and safe warehouse aisles, docks, tunnels, and work areas.
• Sweep shipping, receiving, charging-station, and warehouse areas throughout the shift.
• Collect trash, cardboard, plastic wrap, and other warehouse debris.
• Empty trash containers and replace liners.
• Clean and replenish warehouse restrooms.
• Operate a baler to compact cardboard and plastic.
• Collect, separate, move, and properly stack warehouse pallets.
• Separate damaged pallets and transport them to designated receiving areas.
• Keep loading dock areas clear of trash and debris.
• Remove stretch wrap and other packaging materials from warehouse floors.
• Maintain designated safety areas around fire extinguishers and warehouse equipment.
• Refill water-station supplies as needed.
• Perform routine cleaning throughout assigned warehouse zones.
• Safely operate an Electric Pallet Jack when moving materials as assigned.
• Ensure assigned equipment and cleaning supplies are properly stored and ready for the next shift.
• Complete final cleaning and sanitation checks before leaving.

This position is best suited for someone who is dependable, physically active, safety-conscious, and comfortable working independently
throughout a large warehouse.
• Minimum 6 months of janitorial, sanitation, or industrial cleaning experience.
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experience.
• Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Comfortable performing physical work throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to move and stack empty pallets safely.
• Ability to work around active warehouse equipment and loading docks.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow established cleaning and safety procedures.
• Ability to work the complete required schedule.
• Steel-toe work boots required.
• Ability to pass applicable pre-employment requirements

ay $18.20 per hour
Schedule Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-3:00 PM
Employment Full-time
Pay Frequency Weekly pay
Overtime May be available or required based on operational needs
