Class C Driver / Warehouse Associate – San Diego, CA | $23.50/HR

Road Warrior Staffing is hiring a dependable Class C Driver / Warehouse Associate for a day-shift opportunity with a food and beverage distribution operation in San Diego, California.

This hybrid position combines local delivery driving and warehouse responsibilities. Drivers will operate a refrigerated truck for local deliveries to markets and restaurants while also assisting with warehouse order fulfillment.

Schedule & Pay
$23.50 per hour
Monday–Friday
Day shift
Weekends off
Weekly pay – payday every Friday
Overtime after 8 hours
Local routes and home daily

Safely operate a refrigerated truck for local deliveries throughout San Diego
Deliver food and beverage products to markets, restaurants, and other customer locations
Pick and pull warehouse orders
Assist with order fulfillment and staging
Operate a stand-up rider pallet jack
Handle fresh food products and packaged goods
Load and unload delivery freight
Support warehouse operations as needed
Follow safe driving, warehouse, and freight-handling procedures
Maintain professional customer service during deliveries

Valid Class C driver’s license
Previous refrigerated truck driving experience
Warehouse experience preferred
Experience with pick/pack and order pulling
Comfortable operating a stand-up rider pallet jack
Ability to safely handle food and beverage products
Dependable and reliable attendance
Strong work ethic and safety-minded approach
Ability to work Monday–Friday during the day
Comfortable performing both driving and warehouse duties
